Valve’s highly anticipated Steam deck has been delayed to 2022, leaving the PC market in limbo for now. The game-streaming service is launching its own computer hardware to go with it. It will be interesting to see how this all pans out and what impact it may have on future releases by Valve.,

Valve’s Steam Deck is a new gaming platform that was originally scheduled to release in 2020. However, the company has announced that it will be delayed until 2022.

Those of you planning to play MMOs on Valve’s Steam Deck this Christmas season will be disappointed to learn that the device’s arrival has been pushed back from December 2021 to February 2022.

“We apologize for this—we tried our best to work around global supply chain challenges, but components aren’t reaching our production facilities in time for us to fulfill our original launch dates owing to material shortages,” the company says.
