NCSoft has announced the launch of various events for Aion, Lineage II, and Deceit. The company plans to release different types of content throughout the upcoming weeks leading up to Halloween.
NCSoft has been talking up various Halloween events for Aion, Lineage II, and Deceit. These events will be available from October 20th to November 1st.
NCSoft wants to lure gamers into the spooky Halloween haunts that are based on many of its games. There’s some festive fun in store for those who play the retail and classic versions of Aion, the MMOARPG Lineage II, and the free-to-play multiplayer deceive-em-up Deceit.
We’ll start with Deceit, which has added new cosmetics, challenges, and sweets for players to gather during its Halloween event. There’s also an item upgrading system in the game, as well as gifts from prior Halloween events. The show will run till November 8th.
In Aion Retail, players can hunt down the Pumpkin King for a variety of rewards as well as free treats for logging in every day, whereas in Aion Classic, players must feed a newly hatched companion Sweet Candy Canes or Sweet Cookies found in field zones to receive a Halloween Pumpkin and a chance at an additional reward. Both activities will begin tomorrow, October 27th, and will last for a month, ending on November 27th.
Lineage II will also have some Halloween fun on October 27th, with an event including fighting vampires for prizes or donning frightening masks for sweets from the Pumpkin Ghost.
